LEt's hope Petro runs his company with actually earning more money than spending. I think ATG is a slim company that could really do that, since all the initial investments that were made by ESCOM are now covered in these 40$Mio, if I see this right. But since Petro said in Amazing that he takes all the Marketing dollars from ESCOM, I fear that there won't be lots of marketing now... JC> Stupid as it may sound, the important thing is to remain calm. I see it positive. Just look at ESCOM. They are a bad company ! In German magazines/newspapers, the ESCOM name really has a bad image. Customer support, knowledge of dealers etc. is always voted "VERY BAD" when they compare ESCOM to others like Vobis. And I wouldn't buy any ESCOM shares now. Helmut Jost as the boss ? Lots of other old Commodorians in there, too... How do they think they can survive when the PC-business is doing so bad, and when they have a bad image , are only number 2 on the market, and have so much losses ? I think that if Viscorp woudln't buy, ESCOM would have shot down ATG or parts of it anyway, or even worse, ESCOM gets bankrupt which would have meant the end of the Amiga, since the whole procedure of selling the Amiga parts etc. would have continued (no DELL or CEI this time...). The Amiga... what an interesting computer...:-) That's ACTION ! You never know what happens next :) Grⁿsse, Claude __________________________________________________________________ //|Amiga User Group Switzerland claudem@ghost.aare.chnet.ch | // |A2000 040/33Mhz/8MB A2320 VLAB PhonePak C=1960 A10 PiccoSD64 270SQ|% \X/ | Written with ** AZur ** in Basle / Switzerland / Europe |% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% >>> Auf der Speisekarte: FlugunfΣhige Vogelembryonen, zerhacktes Fleisch in DarmhΣuten, einzelne Scheiben gewisser Muskelteile von Schweinen und aus dem Boden gegrabene Pflanzenknochen.
